1.- How can I buy some lottery by myself?

First of all, write in the box the number of lottery tickets you want to buy. You can buy tickets with an specific ending, an ending chosen at random or different endings.

Immediately after, if you are registered, enter your e-mail address and password to log in and enter a shipping address.

If you are not registered, do it for free and immediately after, enter the shipping address.

Finally, once you have seen all the details of your order and the shipping address, click on “Place the Order”.

2.- How can I select different numbers with the same ending?

Complete the purchase for a first number until you confirm the order.

Immediately after, repeat the buying process for a new number. And it’s done! As easy as it seems.

Your order will arrive to you into an only envelope and you will pay the shipping costs only once (if you have modified your order during the first 24 hours after placing the first order).

3.- How can I create or modify by myself a shipping address?

At least, you must fill in the compulsory fields (you will notice them because of they asterisk) to make the job of our delivery men/women easier.

Your address book is ready to accept as many addresses as you want to create, so that you can assign a different address for each order you place. Send some lottery at home, work, etc.

4.- Is it possible to modify an order?

Yes, it is. You have 24 hours (a whole working day) to modify your order in different ways: buying more lottery tickets, removing some others, adding new endings, etc.

All these modifications, done during the first 24 hours after placing the first order, won’t increase the shipping costs, that you will pay only once.

5.- How can I modify by myself an order?

The two ways of modifying your order are:

If you want to modify it before the confirmation, click on “Modify” and you will be able to remove the endings and also change the number of lottery tickets you want

If you want to modify it after the confirmation, go to “My Account” and click on “View opened orders”. There you will be able to remove the endings and also change the number of lottery tickets you want.

6.- How long is it possible to modify my order?

Once you have placed an order, you have aproximately 24 hours (a whole working day) to modify it

To check if you are still on time to modify your order, see it at “My Account”. If the status is “Open”, you will be able to do as many modifications as you want.

If the status is “In progress” or “Done”, you are not allowed to modify your order and you must place a new order.

It implies paying the shipping costs again.

7.- What amount of shipping costs am I going to pay?

Shipping costs in Spain (specifically peninsula) and Balearic Islands are 16€. This amount includes not only the shipping costs but also the transport company insurance.

Shipping costs out of Iberian Peninsula (Canary Isles, Ceuta and Melilla, only) are 23€.

8.- How do shipping and payment work?

For orders under 2000€, the payment method is cash-on-delivery, without exception.

48 hours (two working) after the placing of your order, a Seur delivery man/woman will bring the envelope to the address you have chosen.

To receive the lottery, you must have the amount of money prepared for our delivery man/woman.

For orders over 2000€, the payment method is the bank transfer to one of these two bank accounts, indicating the order number and your name (for example: 1050 – José García Pérez):

Once the bank transfer has been made, and after 48 hours (two working days), Seur will bring your order to the shipping address.
